We had a corgi that passed away last year. She was a big girl - 40lbs, hot, slept hard and like a sack of cement. I can't imagine two!

I wi**** were just that! This appt has been rescheduled 3 times due to emergencies and weather. It will be drilling off an old crown that is 'open' and putting a temp on. These kin ofd appts really mess up my jaw for days.

Good morning ~ Happy to hear school will not keep you down this semester! Our cat moves at the slightest touch, but our super friendly and sweet maltipoo who loves everyone gets cut a *****mean if you try to move her. Her favorite spot is right between us at our shoulders. Between her and the the other two, I am often pinned and can't move. Yesterday was nuts busy at work but great. Getting used to Rob leaving an hour before me and getting home an hour later is weird after having him home for years. Today is prepping for my meeting in SoCal tomorrow where I was just appointed chair of my region (I'm scared ya'll) and my crown replacement this afternoon.
QOTD - I used to LOVE ice cream pre RNY. I was in a LTR with Ben and Jerry, but now it doesn't do anything for me.
Accountability - 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes with the meatloaf - so yum.
B-coffee, protein bar
l - chicken skewers w/salad mix
d- eggs and sausage or possibly soup after dentist
s- yogurt

Well said, Grim. I will also add liquid calories count! For me it was a lot of wine yet I only counted my food calories.

I was able to get it all done - the hospital pre-check in, blood work and the RN for all the details and shower kit. I just have to show up on my day.

Good morning ~ I hope you get all the things done today! I wish I had gone to work yesterday - a few stressful things happened that I could do nothing about from home or while at my appt... Anyway today will be crazy busy and I'm supposed to have lunch with my sister, but I'll have to cancel. Tomorrow is a short day for the dentist and Thursday/Friday I'm out of town for work and I have a ton to do! Not enough time and it's friggin' flying.
QOTD - The only goal I have right now is high protein and to get through the next few weeks/months with my sanity

Yes, I start next Monday. It's going to be interesting going back to shakes - I am not a fan. Who knows, hopefully I will tolerate them better and it's only temporary.

CAN'T WAIT!! I watched the first 3 episodes again recently - I had totally forgotten how twisted this show is and I love it!! I will try to watch a few today and the rest this week if I can, so excited!

Good morning ~ haha, total Sheila! Happy to hear the new digs worked so well for your class, but sorry about your hands - I can only imagine that pain. Yesterday was nice, not so much rain as wind that rattled every little thing and drove the dogs (and me) crazy all day. Finally started watching the first episode of Mando with DS and fell asleep! Will try again some other time. Today I am happily working from home since I have the pre-admin appt at the hospital by my house later this morning. Otherwise, 3 weeks until surgery- time is flying.
QOTD - Hiking, golf and beach walks with the dogs. While we can do these things year round, the warm sun part is the best. It's been very rainy and cold this winter.

Good morning ~ We had a lovely day yesterday. Walked the dogs, clothes shopping, hit a bucket of balls, more corned beef, a fire and another Irish movie - perfect. Today it's raining, again and will be for days... so it'll be house stuff, the kiddo coming over for dinner and a grocery run.
QOTD - Not sure - it would be a milion songs really and nothing is standing out right now.

I choose an extra firm mattress because we had what you described - a soft pillow top with butt dents! The firm mattress is really holding up well but I wish we had purchased a flippable one like you mentioned. We are able to rotate though since it is a square standard king. A firm mattress with a topper sounds like the perfect combo.
