Billy Blanks Jr Cardioke

OMG people!  I have found a new form of exercise and I love it.  It's actually like Leslie Sansone walking  on steroids really...lol.  It incorporates singing with exercise.  It's billy blanks Jrs. Cardioke...combination of exercise and Karaoke.  Breathing while singing and exercising is tough.  I thought I was gonna die the 1st time I did it.  But as usual he says just do what you can and in the privacy of my bedroom nobody sees me acting like a fool except the dogs and the cat...lol.

WOW......that looks like SO much fun!  Reminds me of the old Richard Simmons VHS tapes, just the new 2009 version.  I'm going to look into these!
