WOW - Sorta and got me thinkin'
Okay, so I was out of town last week working with my team in another state and we had an outdoor team building event. It was an experience....
To set the stage - we had to go through a ropes course with some rules attached. In order to succeed, we had to pass people through some of the upper holes.... They picked me because I was one of the lightest folks ie; smallest in the group. So here I go, being passed over holes that were taller than me....
When it was complete all I could say was that I was glad I didn't still weight 300 lbs!!!! Seriously, like this was soooo not going to happen otherwise!!!

Congrats .. but I've wondered about those "team building" things .. Do they make all employees participate in it? What if they're disabled, or have a physical limitation (like obesity)? 
Hopefully it's not like, "if you don't participate in it, you're fired!"
