1 Week Post-Op... Feeling GREAT...
Since all I can do is daydream about being out and excercising right now, I have had some good moments of reflection. While going through some photos I threw this one together. It is really hard for me to remember me being that big, it was only 2.5 years ago, but seems like an eternity ago. When I started losing weight, I never knew what would await me. But here I am an Ultra Endurance Athlete, Ironman, and overall, a VERY happy man, especially without all the extra skin. I cannot wait to get recovered and start ramping up for Ironman Arizona in November!
