Another weekend has rolled around...hang onto your plan!

My plan:
120+ oz. liquids today...had a hard time getting everything in yesterday
protein coffee
Click shake if needed
chef salad for lunch w/ lite dressing
poppyseed chicken for dinner

My plan for today is to stay on track and make good choices as I will be out and about today

Get in my liquids goal is 64 oz. 
B: Egg and toast
L: with sister will probably split chicken taco
D: not sure yet probably steak or chicken again
S; No sugar Ice cream

Trying to do better, but here it goes

5 cups of hot tea ( already had 2 cups)
2 Protein Shakes
Chicken Salad
Oatmeal
Grilled Chicken w Veggies
Peanut butter crackers
Fruit Cup
1 oz Roasted Peanuts


Just finished walking 3.9 miles  :)

Good morning!!!  Busy day of running around and then going to see my husband perform at a dinner theatre tonight...

D: Eating out.... but will be sharing something with my daughter!

Karla do you ever have just  a liquid day where you just consume nothing but liquids.

If you have a wonderful and great strategy about how to just have a nutriton liquid day Let me know what it consist of

I have done it for a day or two, but that's about it.  I think it's the head that thinks it needs "real food"!  I drink protein coffe, protein shakes, chicken broth, decaf tea, water, flavored sf water, and if I feel I need it, sometimes tomato soup that night to feel like I really got some food.  It's easier for me to do this on workday because I don't think about food so much!

I worked all day yesterday and up until 0800 this morning, and didn'tever finish all thay my food bag. Today I' ve pickeded up a bug, running fever, and canecelled work for tonight TRACY and LORALEA had to drve me home from group TRUE FRIENDS! I've had some hot tea and melba toast so far. That may be it do for today-will work on protein and water tomorow!'Here's
