Kelly,
Thanks for the kind words. Old Medic always talks about following the program your doctor gives you and what he said made sense to me. I've followed the program and got the most out of my sleeve.
I'm not concerned about gaining back the weight. More of a concern is not losing more weight. I lose weight even when I'm not trying. Funny that I would have this worry.
Best of luck,
George

Frisco,
My concern with maintenance is to not lose more weight. I seem to be losing weight even when not trying. Where once I worked to lose weight I now will concentrate on not losing more weight.
Still, not a big problem to contend with. Love the sleeve and all its benefits.
You'll be at GOAL in no time and then I'll be reading your Goal Post.
Continued success,
George

Paula,
Very funny and very true!
When you lose the weight you begin to forget what it was like to carry it around. I'm still surprised at all the space there is between me and the steering wheel and how well I fit into booths that I once could only sit in uncomfortably!
If you're ever in Miami you've on for a Piggy Ride on Lincoln Road followed by an iced coffee at Starbucks (must keep hydrated).
Continued success,
George
