Follow the plan your surgeon gives you and you'll do great. Throughout this process I was sure I would stop losing weight but I kept to the program, monitored my protein and carbs and the weight kept dropping.

hot damn and hallelujah!  I've watched your progress for months on this board and you did it calmly and steadily. pat yourself on your skinny back. normal bmi feels great. and great that you can do more with your daughter. thats as much what this is about as anything. congrats. D

Doing more with the kids was a driving force behind me having WLS. I'm thrilled that I can run again and be there to teach my daughter to ride her bike. I never wanted to be a father who was stuck on the sidelines and losing the weight has put me in the game.
