Could stalls possibly be....

our bodies way of letting our skin catch up to our weight loss? I pondered this thought this weekend. When you are in a stall, you lose several inches and sometimes drop dress sizes. I REALLY think it's letting us tighten up a bit more.

Just my .02 but it's helping me not lose my mind during the stall periods from now on.

I agree...I can tell during a stall that my clothes keep fitting better and better - that's why they don't stress me out as much as they did in the beginning!!

See Kay...it helps us not lose our freakin mind. Inches should make us just as happy. I'm almost in my size 14 bathing suit and my weight hasn't changed since I was in 18s!

I think they are just your body needing a minute to breathe! Which, of course, is why I always ask if folks have been measuring, because there is more to "success" than ONLY the scale numbers!
