I got a date!

I finally got my date for a vsg. May 2/2011. I am trying to post that info under my avatar like others but can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone help a girl out?

Congrats. Thats great news. Feels like you won the lottery.

Go to TOOLS then SURGERIES.

Thanks Kristen.  I got to that point but it is being difficult to say the least.  It seems as though it is formatted only for the USA and will not recognize my surgeons and not allow me to state my province.  Then it states that the surgeon field is a requirement but does not recognize them so it is left blank.  
 
Once again, I would appreciate any help in this area.
