popsicles!!!

i'm 5 days out and thinking of getting posicles, I have to have sugar free ones dairy free would be great too I havent tried any dairy yet except for whats in chocolate pudding,
in anyase can you guys share with me which popsicles you guys grab???

The popsicle ones are good.  My personal favorite was and still is the no sugar added fudgesicles. yummy   i love them,  congrats on your surgery :o) jeani

oooo thank you jeani!! I thought about getting the sugar free fudgeicles but I got scared and worried that maybe my doctor ment for me to get reg plain popsicles...

Well it seems that every doctor has their own guidelines but i was allowed them and i know lots of others that eat them and we have had no problems.  I eat them still,  Love them  :o) jeani

is this what your talking about?  I never tried them.  how much sugar do they have in them? Carbs ?
I know it says no added sugar, but what is in there?  Looks good, or sounds good.

Yep that's them,  i love them,  i just looked and they have 19 carbs so i guess not so good after all?  5 grams of sugar  :o(  oh well,  we all know i'm a bad girl,  but only 40 cals and i figure its better than a slice of cheesecake  lol  :o) Jeani

..if you are looking for a frozen treat try Luigi's Italian Ice! I haven't even had my surgery yet, just bought a box the other day to stock up and of course I had to try one..they are excellent! And...they seem to take forever to get to the bottom of the cup which I love!  :)
