Anyways.. I got this emoticon sent to me one day because I being all hyper (probably due to 5 shots of espresso I have in my coffees every once and awhile).
It just makes me giggle when I see it.... I've got sweet moves like the dancer on there too! lol

Yup. You get it. Thats why you are going to continue to be successful on this journey on which you have done amazingly well so far. You will get so there are parts of the grocery store you just never go into and never even think about it. I really do find myself doing the perimeter like they tell you to, but its just that there is nothing down those aisles of pasta and crackers that i want. Its always meats, dairy, produce. Sure makes grocery shopping easier as I used to go up and down most every aisle. Coffee and peanut butter take me into the inner areas but thats about it.
You are in an important phase where you have lost quite a bit of weight but are far enough along that you could begin eating inappropriate things without getting sick if you chose to. This is the point that I think some people get derailed. They experiement with going off program and their eating habits are not quite fully cemented into place and the result is that they don't lose as much weight as they might have hoped.
But Kelly this is not going to happen to you because you understand the importance of consistency. Can't wait to see where you are in 5 more months. You are rockin' it! Diane

It was getting my cottage cheese that got me looking at the dang pizza.. it's right across from it!! The inner isles can just horrible sometimes.. coffee and peanut butter are in the same as all the bread and little debbie snacks.. mmmm nutty bars!! I eat morningstar products... right across from the ice cream.. IT'S JUST EVIL!!

You are doing so well!!! I know what you mean about the things that we let slip in... I think as long as we forgive ourselves the slipups and then move forward with new determination, it is all good - but we really do have to move forward. For me now it is all about the exercise - I m trying to hard to get that to where I want it. And the rewards are so great.
