I have been eating till im full and I take kinda big bites and I have tried to not do it but I have only ate that way for 42 years! well I have been losing weight slowly and now I havent lost anything in about 3 weeks and I lost 4 pounds last month. I am afraid that I am stretching my tummy.
I eat right I eat about 8 bites of food and im FULL. I had a 32 bougie, is that to much to eat???
Do you think that since I eat till im FULL I have stretched my tummy out???
I have been hungry lately too.
Also I drink my protein drinks thick with crushed ice do you think that could stretch your tummy too cause they do make me FULL also?
Please  I need some help on this!

It isn't the amount of food you're taking in that's causing your weight loss slow down, provided you're taking in the right kind of foods.

That being said, don't eat until you're stuffed. It's hard not to do though when you can only hold a few bites. I can totally relate & am guilty of the same thing. I also take larger bites, as I don't feel like taking 30 minutes to eat my meal.

Chances are that you're just in a stall or you're experiencing the natural decline in weight loss as you get closer to your goal. Don't freak out, you're doing awesome.

Current weight: 170 lbs.

Once I reach goal, this cow will be killed & eaten... 2 ounces at a time.

Total includes 56 lbs. lost on 2-month low carb pre-op diet.  Start date 9/13/10.

I too used to eat more than I knew I should as well as take bigger bites (by "used to" I mean up until two weeks ago) and have found that the only way I can stop it is to pre-measure. For me with a 32 tummy also I can also eat 3-6 bites and 6 might even be too much. I take 4 spoonfulls and put them on my plate as well as 4 pieces of chicken or beef or whatever. I eat the protein first and then whatever else is left if I can handle it.

This new way of living is definitely tough...and it doesn't help that I miss my old life sometimes. Well I miss the eating mostly. Its hard when everyone else is eating normally (especially if they are thin) and here I am rapidly eating my only 6 bites :( its something I hope I will learn to manage. Maybe start putting the fork down a little LOL
