Depression
I am bi-polar manic depressive,I am having a revision from band to sleeve band was complete failure what a joke.
My question is will my depression get a little better I am hoping for that cuz I have been so heavy for many years,I remember when I was in high shcool never went over 110 now is a big difference.I have tried all the diets out there lose 20 pounds or more then gain it all back then some.4-26-11 is my date in mexico.Thank you for reading.

Hey there fellow Cheryl! Being healthier sure can't hurt! My fiance is bi-polar manic too. When I decided to make lifestyle changes to make myself feel better, he started following suit and was eating much healthier with me. His mood has changed dramatically for the good just by being healthier. I hope this move to the sleeve and a healthier life will do the same for you!
