Elina's Chili and Green Chicken Soup nutritional information
I cooked for three hours yesterday and made enough food for a month (I live alone, and these recipes make a lot - my freezer is full!). They are both soooo good. I added a lot of Frank's red hot sauce to the chili because I am obsessed with Franks and it was delicious. I highly recommend them. Thanks Elina! I plugged the ingredients into Livestrong and here's what it says (per serving - about 1/2 cup per serving) for anybody else who's interested: Very healthy and yummy!

I am so glad you liked them. I lived on these from about the end of the second month to goal. I loved how filling they are and that I could always get more without feeling guilty because the calorie count is so very low.
