Help me , Help me !  I need a 12 step program !!!

I have become addicted to the Heath Tracker and with it the ticker......I HAVE to come here every morning that I hit another half pound, and put it in my health tracker. It is like making it "real" to see it here......

But then.....the dammed thing doesn't post until 4 hours later or something making me a crazy woman.

So, I admit it.  I'm Briar Rose, and I'm addicted to the Weight Ticker.

Hi BriarRose, I would like to become an addict.  Could you tell me how to put the health tracker and ticker at the bottom of my posts?

Go to tools,  tickers/widgets and make your ticker.   When you want to show you lost weight, go to the same place and click on the body tab.  put new weight there then go back to tickers/widgets click on edit,  then enable in my signature and then save,  it can be frustrating and take time to update :o(

As to how to start it, darn, I am computer challenged, but if I figured it out, you can too. Go to MY OH and play with all the tools and stuff for awhile. That's what I did !!!

Well... because it is just so great to be able to see your progress - and see it reflected so many different ways (1 week, 1 month 3 months, etc.).

I take it as a good sign.  No problem with this addiction.
