L: 1/2 salmon burger; 2 brussel sprouts
S: rest of grapes and cheese
D:  3oz of ground turkey; avacado & tomato salad
S: edamame
SW: 342 lbs / CW: 175lbs / GW: 150lbs

L: Pastaless manicotti
S: 8 oz water
D: Protein shake 12oz 43 grams protein

L - 1/4 cup Spicy brothy curry soup with tilapia pieces cut into it (abt 1 oz)
S - babybel cheese
D - ?? (prob protein shake)

Water - hot cumin water, coffee, green tea
Exercise - nada today!  im tired!!
