6 days out ~ Tylenol???

I'm only 6 days post op and my back is killing me.  (from how I have to sit and sleep still)  Can I take Adult Liquid Tylenol?  The regular dose?

I'm not used to all this time on my back - had I known - I'd have practiced up a bit.  ;-)

Yeah, I was instructed to take Tylenol as needed. I ended up not needing it but it was on the list of things my surgeon said I could take in lieu of the prescription pain killers they sent home, that I ended up not needing either. However, that said, as with anything, if you are really unsure put a call in to your surgeon's office :)

when i got taken off my pain pump and moved on to liquid pain meds they would also give me liquid tylenol in the hospital. When i got home from the hospital the hubby went out and bought some and i would take 1/2 a dose of pain meds with 1/2 a dose of tylenol and it worked well for me!  A heating pad might help too, i know it did with me!!
