YAY!!! 50 pounds down!!!!
Well - I'm still working on the 50 pound lost!! Almost there - I can already see it!!! LOL - After I do that, then I will be on a mission to get under 200!!!! Which I haven't seen in probably 15-20yrs!!
However, I have reached my "secret" goal of weighing less than my hubby!!! Yay!!!
I just read your daily meails/routine...I too don't measure but stop when I'm full and recently started going to ZUMBA 2-3 a wk! I really need to commit to adding a protein shake at least once a day to help get my protein.
