Septic update

Hi all,
Just an update. I'm still in the hospital, but I'm in a much better place physically and mentally. I had an egd done yesterday, and they couldn't find any signs of a leak. I don't know what is causing this abcess business, but they are hoping that if the antibiotics can clear it up, hopefully I won't get another one and we can avoid surgery! I am very hopeful and I appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers. Oh, I am getting blood transfusion today because my hemoglobin is low, but otherwise feeling much better!
