I was wondering if we can ever have fruit juice? I really want some orange juice or apple juice.

My dr. told me I can have fruit juice, however it needs to be dilluted with 50% water.  Not sure if this is always the case, or just because I am so early out.

Check out the Nectar protein drinks they're fruit flavored.  I got some from Netrition.com.  Today was strawberry/kiwi.  Made with water.

My doc requires the same thing 50% dilution for any fruit juice.

I drink orange juice about once a week. Just be conscious of the sugar content in it. Dilute if you can! i dilute mine with champagne.

Orange juice is the only thing that bothers my stomach.  I prefer to dilute my cranberry juice with vodka!!

Ocean Spray has a new diet juice out only 5 calories. I got a bottle of the Cranberry Pomegranite this week and it was super good. My surgeon said I could have apple, grape or cranberry juice but to beware of orange because it has so much sugar. He suggested the Ocean Spray Lite Juice which has 50 calories per serving--but when I got to the store I found the diet as well and so I bought one of each and mixed them-the lite with the diet and it gives me a very tastie juice drink for just 25 calories a serving. Really good to make popcicles with too during the summer--kids love them and they are healthy low cal.
