My sleeve has been mean today

I normally LOVE my sleeve, but holy moly, today I ate three meatballs (2.5 oz) and apparently my sleeve shrunk overnight and that was WAY TOO MUCH!!!  I should have eaten slower.  Ugg, I wish I could throw up, but I can't.  It just goes to show you that even 4 months out, you still have to follow the rules: measure your food and EAT SLOWLY!  Because your sleeve is ever changing and what you could eat yesterday will not fit today :(  Learn from my fail.

Sorry also about your discomfort, but this is interesting to hear. I'm only six weeks out and sometimes I wonder if my sleeve is stretching or is as restrictive as some I've read about. It's been a long time (3 weeks) since i've felt like I've eaten too much. Even though I usually try to measure my food carefully, the few times food has tasted really good to me I've eaten a bit more than I thought i should and -- nothing! I appreciate knowing that the sleeve changes and adapts continually.

I hate when my sleeve schools me (it has only happened twice so far, but no doubt like you I'll make mistakes down the road). But after I get over being miserable I'm so thankful that it works.

Hope you're feeling much better!

Hello everybody,  thanks for the comments and I do feel much better now - I was miserable for about 45 minutes, but I've learned my lesson :)
