Constapation Yikes !!! Any Suggestions

1 month out today boy have I been constipated any recomendations ???????

Benefiber!

Milk of Magnesium followed by something warm like decaf green or broth.  Works wonderfully and naturally.

I put Miralax in my protein shake in the morning about twice a week and that keep everything moving pretty nicely! You can't even taste that it's in there or I put it in my crystal light!

I take Metamucil fiber capsules daily.  Works great for me!

Another vote for Miralax.. It's a gentle non-stimulating laxative that can be used daily for life if needed.. (and is for many people with many different medical conditions.) I take the full dose 1x a day until I have a BM, then put 1 tsp into my drink of choice a day or every other day. This along with 1 dose a day of Benefiber keeps things A OK for me.

Thankfully I havent had any issues but I cant drink milk no more, 10 minutes later Ill be pooping. So If I hae a issue I just need to drink milk...

If mirilax doesn't work (it didn't for me)  take a magnesium pill at night - you will go in the morning!!

I incorporate 2 tablespoons of vegetables with every meal, or applesauce for the fiber..........................I have never been constipated.
