Living life not running from the camera any more. I love my sleeve and yes I had my bad days and still do some times not seeing the change. Not feeling I was loosing weight fast enough. But with this group I always had people to talk to. Thanks all love Val.

Wow Valarie, look at that cute figure! You look fantastic, and you actually look like you feel fantastic (health wise). Not to mention you look 100% happier. Great job!
I have one more observation . In your before pictures, you look nearly flat chested, because your tummy stuck out further than your girls, now that the tummy has been kicked the curb....hello boobs!!!!!!
