I was on full liquids for the first month. Protein drinks, cream soups, sf jello, crystal light and lots of water.

Eat? I didn't "eat" anything until I was over three weeks post-op. Clear liquids for 9 days. Then two weeks of full liquids. Then soft foods for a week.

Let your sleeve heal. Be good to it and it will be good to you!!
