Good source of fiber

I found Fiber Gummies by Vitafusion at my Target...one net carb per serving and only 10 calories
per serving...plus they have the Vitamin B's  added    WORD FROM THE WISE  don't take more than
recommended to "get you going".....I did that and let's just say.....I stayed close to home that day

They taste good too !!!

Fiber Gummies are AMAZING!

I read about them on this forum a while back and started using them since we already had them at home for the kids. They really work! I take 2 every other day and I now go regularly and without pain.

I buy them at Costco.
