perm or natural

I am also 3 months out and I had braids the 1st 1 1/2 after surgery (only because I also had shoulder surgery a week before and I couldnt do my hair) but once those braids came out, I immediately permed my hair without any problems. I also should say that I was on the Optifast strictly liquid diet for 6 weeks before surgery and I was perming my hair then also (I lost close to 25 lbs). I actually just permed my hair again a week ago and  so far have not had any hair issues and I perm my hair alot as I dont want any natural look for me.
