Who's shakin their butt today?

Its a little after 4 am and I'm getting ready for the gym and just wondering what everyone is doing today to get in some exercise?

I'm gonna do the treadmill for 30 minutes on a 7 incline at about 3.2 then I'm gonna do the giant stair climber for 10 minutes, not sure how many floors yet, then I will finish off the elliptical at level 7 for about 20 minutes..then if I have time I will do this rope puller thingy for few minutes. That always kicks my butt!

You're welcome. I try to walk the dog too sometimes. Depends if the dog wants to slee*****t.

I just got back from taking my dog for a 1 mile walk!  (She's napping and I'm working - so I guess I wore her out!)

Haha, funny!

I took my dogs out after the gym on saturday for a good brisk walk for a little over an hour and then they slept all damn day! hahaha.

Wow, is this your normal routine?  I'm impressed to say the least! I'll do my usual....treadmill (walk/run) for about 30 minutes then recumbent bike for 10 minutes (bad right knee).  You go, girl!  Hugs.........Jennifer

Thanks Jennifer! I try to do this several times a week if I don't get too sore. Shoot, if I didn't have fibromyalgia I would do it every day. I enjoy the rush very much On the weekends I'm able to get more time in. My goal is to burn between 700 to 1000 calories per work out. I wear a heart rate monitor that helps me keep track and it really motivates me.

You have a great work out as well.

I will be attending my 2nd out of 4 for the week UJAM FITNESS class! If you love hip hop, Bollywood and other Urban beats...you would LOVE this class. It's only in CA right now, but it will be taking over just like Zumba...watch and see!
