I'll play just because you guys can laugh.
B: 10 oz Isopure Alpine Punch
S: SF popsicle
L: 10 oz Isopure Icy Orange
D: Broth hubby made
S: SF popsicle and probably another later or maybe I'll get crazy and have a SF jello!
Water - I dunno 80 oz at least
Vitamins - none until 2 weeks
Yes, I know I'm not getting enough protein, I'm barely hanging in there with the Isopure. Tuesday I can move on from clears. I'm not the least bit hungry so I have to kind of remind myself. I have some Procel powder on order. In theory, it's crystals and not overly milky like the other unflavored protein add-ins.
(I'm the freak that is allergic to soy and the egg ones make me gag so I'm just dealing with the whey even though they smell like baby formula LOL)

Girl, it will pass and you will not even really remember these days. Right now is just time to get through it AND you will!!!
I was on to fulls when I got out of the hospital and mushies with in a week. I was so glad I had a more liberal dr at the time. Now I wonder if I would have lost more quickly if I had a more conservative dr.....hmmmm???
One of the odd things I enjoyed at your stage was the broth off of bowl of red beans. Later on I was able to mix my chocolate protein powder into sugar free chocolate pudding...it was like eating a cup of cake mix.....ummmm....now I want some of that!!!!
I hated isopure and still have not found a low carb protein supplement I can handle. I sure wish I could becuase I actually stay full longer on shakes and creamy soup than I do with solids. If the calories and carbs were not so high I would gladly live on them.

Hmmm... red beans. Interesting. I may have to cook up a pot of beans! I didn't even think of that! Something different, anything different, is good right now. I'm getting through it. I could just not eat and be perfectly happy at this stage. I'm glad the kids are home for the Summer or I'd just forget lunch all together. LOL
Yeah, I chose this doctor because he IS more conservative, but dammit, give a girl some cottage cheese already! He's anti-pudding because of the calories/carbs, but that sounds really good too :) And since I'm allergic to applesauce (actually almost all fruits), well... I may have to find a way to incorporate other things into my diet.
I didn't mind Isopure before, probably because I'm so limited, but now I'm just drinking it because I have to. But it sure makes me wish I could have a protein shake again (the only one of those I've found that I can stand is the Pure Protein, already in the bottle, vanilla cream). I'll be glad when I can figure out a way to get most of my protein from food because I"m SO sick of sweet stuff. Seriously sick of it.
I'll survive. This is temporary. I can do anything for a few more days. And I'm sure I can do the full liquids/purees for another 4 weeks. I have no choice. It's the rules and I'm a darn good rules follower ;)
