Swiss cheese has no flavor

I'm just saying...
Won't eat it again by itself as a snack, that's for sure.
I can only eat a little, so whatever I eat better be worth it!
Swiss Cheese, you are on the "not going there again" list.

So funny... but I love your attitude to eat only what's worth it! 

I'm newly post-op, and I feel the same way. SOOOO different from pre-op days when VOLUME was all that mattered!

I love Swiss cheese!  It is my go to at work when I need a protein blast.

 try smoked gouda

Try different brands because they vary alot in tastes, some are really tangy and kinda nutty flavored and others taste like plastic. So try a few of the more expensive brands at a deli where you can just try a bite, you might find one you like. Or hey skip it all together we don't all have to eat swiss, all the more for me that way!

Haen't had the taste bud issue you have. just experiment with foods high in protein low in carbs and calories that your tummy can handle. Diffrent strokes for diffrent folks.

But it smells like fart! 

I actually love swiss cheese!

Swiss cheese no longer has any flavor to me. I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE extra xtra sharp chedder cheese- now I can't stomach it. SO weird how taste changes!

I eat alot fo cheese, swiss is not on the top of my list but it tastes good to me. I get sargento slices or sara lee slices. If you are looking for a cheese snack, get the mozzarella cheese sticks, sargento brand is my fave.
