how do you add pictures

I'm trying to add pictures. How do you do that?

I've not added pics to my profile, so not sure about that one.. but to get them on the posts I go to a web-host service like tinypic.com and upload a pic, pick the size I want.. when it's done, I click view full size and copy the image then paste it in the text of my message.

Sorry- it's not showing.. the IMG thing doesn't work on this board, on others it does... just not here.
You have to actually view the full size image, right click copy then come to your post and paste the image into the body..
