question for everyone!

I am wondering how many carbs - calories - protein - and fat you all allow in your diet daily??

I don't really look at fats, since I figure carbs pretty much covers it. 
I get a minimum of 80 grams of protein and most days 100+
I try to stay between 600 & 800 calories, but some days get up close to 1000
Carbs typically under 40 unless I screw up
Highest-285, Start WLS Program-267, Surgery-245, Current-196, Goal-148 
                                   Short Term Goal - Under 185 by 10/15/11

600-800 calories per day when losing weight 1,200 calories when maintaining
Less than 40 grams of carbs per day
Minimum 64 oz. liquids
70-100 grams of protein per day
Regular exercise


I have no fat guideline.
