I just made my first recipe from eggface and it was the ricota bake and I must say that it is very delicious.  GREAT for my mushy stage.  I have one more week on mushies and I wish I would have found this recipe last week.  I added some shredded parmesan to the ricotta mixture for a little more protein.  OMG....heavenly.  And if you are on myfitnesspal.com, the recipe is in there so you can track it easily.

I have to try this. I read the recipe on her site and it sounds good. It also sounds very rich, tho.

Hubby added garlic to the ricotta, yum. He makes them in little individual ramekins (makes just enough for our 4 set). The kids keep eating them though. LOL. I can eat about 1/2 of a ramekin (or 1/8 of the receipe) at a time. Definitely done wonders to let me feel like I'm actually eating something instead of pureed food. Again.
