I am so sorry to here this news. I know how you are feeling. I have been waiting for a month to go and have my hysterectomy and they need to remove my left ovary because it is growing. I to am scared of what they will find when they go in. I wonder why they make people wait so long for such critical testing. Best of luck hun keep us posted.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Oh gosh hun..... so you can relate to the anxiety and waiting.

I just want to share I had a hysterectomy back in 2005. I still have my ovaries and my cervix.

I had to have a second one a few years ago. I fainted in the middle of it. So embarrassing. They called 911 and everything. Was a huge ordeal. Had to end up going to a neurologist also. It ended up being nothing. I havent had another since. Need too. It will turn out ok.

The exact same thing happened to me for my first mammorgram after my WLS. I was scared to death...went back for a repeat and then I had to have a needle biopsy. Everything was totally fine but I think (and the doctor agreed with me) is when I lost weight, so did my boob and then they were able to see little calcifications that they couldn't see before. I just had it checked again at 6 months after and it was fine too. I know this is really scarey but I really think it is that your breast tissue is much smaller and the little things that they couldn't see before, they can now. Sending you good thoughts..please keep me posted. I hope my story helps you feel alittle better.

A couple of years ago I had to go for a 2nd mammogram - they didn't like the way that looked so I had to have a sonogram. Turned out to be nothing, so try not to stress too much.
