Wow, that was sucky news for sure.... what horrible timing. But I am impressed at you for sticking to the pre-op diet like that. That's something.... not sure that I wouldn't have crumbled and eaten myself into a stupor and the damned unfairness of it all.
Good on you and keep strong.... obviously you got 'the right stuff'!

I have been unemployed for quite a few months so I can relate to what you are going through.

The bright side is that I don't have to worry about taking off from work for surgery. I can maintain full unemployment during and after surgery with no pay-cut!

Michelle you are my inspiration, you go girl.  I only hope I can haver the same strength you have when it my turn to do the preop diet.

As for work, just remember when one door closes for us another will open. I hope your new door is a great door.
