Sleeved July 13, and lost 22 lbs. so far, but....
I am feeling that way. I get the pangs in my stomach and can't tell if it's gas or hunger. I take Nexium so it's not acid. This morning I had an egg scrambled with some melted cheese. I could only eat 1/3 to 1/2 of it before i felt the pressure and got a little burp. So I stopped but now a couple of hours later I would like some more. This happened to me at my first mushy dinner last night. Made some sauteed cod and mashed up some peas and carrots. I could only eat a few bites and I was done. Then an hour later I went back and had another couple of bites and felt too stuffed. I was burping/hicupping a lot. So I won't do that again. I'm finding it hard to understand what I feel. Sometimes I think it is head hunger but I feel something in my tummy. I'm just trying to ignore it and keep drinking my water and I am allowed a protein shake a day between meals if I feel some hunger.
