I HAVE UNITED HEALTH CARE AN I AM SWITCHING SURGEONS TO DO MY REVISON FROM BAND TO VSG. WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD UHC AN APPLIED FOR REVISON AN GOT APPROVAL?
I did....my policy stated they would only cover a revision if there was a complication with the first procedure...well my band was nothing but complication towards the end.
