Uggg! Grrrr!! Waiting waiting and more waiting

I am so excited when I was approved for the VSG procedure.  That  was November of  last year. I have  went to the classes lost 35 lbs, I have seen the surgeon, now I am waiting on pre-op to call me and give me a date. 

Waiting and waiting is the hardest. First let me say I LOVE TO EAT and I LOVE TO EAT ALL THE THINGS THAT ARE NOT GOOD FOR ME, this is why I am getting the surgery.  I have had the will power to keep the weight  I have lost thus far, but I am so tempted to just dive into my mother's home made chicken pot pie, or her Delicious pound cake......

See I cant stop thinking about ! I hate this waiting game it's driving me NUTS! Mind hunger trumps hunger in general. I know my doctors office is tired of  me calling to see how far in line am I for the surgery. They  say  they  will call me one month in advance but  when is that!!! Gesh!!!

Sorry I needed to vent!!

Keep calling them. I had to do that and one day I finally got the lady and she was like "oh we scheduled you already - you didnt know?"

WTF. If you dont tell me, how would i know??

I finished my classes 2/17/11. I got a call from the surgeon first week of april and met with Casillas on 4/7/11.

5/10 I called and was given a surgery date of 6/10.

That's the time it took me - about 3 months after the classes.

Call, call, call. It's crazy for them to make you wait so long! 

 I'm with everybody else - Keep calling them. Don't be afraid to be obnoxious, lol. Sometimes you just get lost in the pile of paperwork and if they all start to remember you, they will move you to the top of it.
