Body Fortress super protien shot

These are available at walmart in the diet section.They are good.Each shot has 26 grams of protien,comes in fruit punch flavor,has zero sugar.I mixed mine in a bottle of lite apple juice ,but next time im gona mix it with water and ice only and try that cause it was very sweet to me,I started sipping it last nite and  still am,I kept it in a thermal bubba cup .

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...but.....

Not the type of protein that you want. If you look at the 2nd ingredient you'll see collagen protein. This is not the type that we absorb properly! Plus google collagen protein 

OH member----emlar, I think is her name (elephant as an avatar)----did a really great post on this several days ago. I would search for that. I wish I would have bookmarked it but didn't.

Have to agree with Elaine. I tried them and discovered early on that you need to really read the label.
