One week out - Starving!

I was hungry at first too. After you start on food it gets soooo much better. A little will fill you up and then you won't have to eat that cow! Hang in there. I know it sucks but it did get better for me. I bet it will for you too!

I don't know when you can have v8 or if you like it but it helped me a lot. It made me feel like I was eating food. It helped with cravings and head hunger.

I'm only suppose to consume protein shakes and soups, zero sugar drinks, jello, popsicles.
V-8 sounds delightful.  Were you able to drink that the 1st two weeks?
I'm not use to all these artificial sweeteners, chemicals and additives.
I actually eat quite a few natural and fresh foods...not use to all this type of food.
Its like Chinese torture. I don't know how they expect you to heal on such a crappy diet.

Hang in there!  It gets better!  It's a LOT easier to keep your hunger at bay once you can have dense proteins like chicken and beef!
