ALMOST 1 year update..

We're coming up on one year out! The first picture was taken 4 weeks before surgery.. Ignore the bumble bee outfit.. ;)

This next photo was taken exactly one year later. :)

I'm doing things I never thought I could do again! I go to the gym everyday.. I am actually running 2 miles a day at the moment. I'll be running a 5k in 3 weeks.. I went from a 26/28 to a 12/14 now. Things couldn't be better!

The weight loss is slowing.. It's getting easier to make poor choices.. But I'm really encouraged and motivated to keep going. This has been worth everything I have. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Congrats on your progress!!! I love pictures/updates like this because it lets me know what is possible. I currently wear a 26/28 even a 30/32 on occasion. I leave for my VSG in 8 days..so I hope to be in a 12/14 or 16/18 next year.
