Its something that sublimate and I use to our benefit.  Too many choices and I am thinking about what's next all the time.  When I know what is next is good, but not novel, then its just time to eat when its time to eat.

Huh I do this, but I did not know it might be a good thing,

I eat eggs and cheese or oats and raisins for breakfast
I eat a flour tortilla with cheese, ground chicken and cucumbeers every day for lunch
And meat or fish or poultry for dinner....

hmmm interesting...

I do this, and very effective it is. If I don't have a lot of tempting options, just a few routine ones (even though they're routine ones I really like) nothing is super tempting.
