Well this is IT for me and posting until the 28th.  Enjoy your time VSGers as someone who is almost 4 years out and struggling to lose the 25lbs I gained...it happens in the blink of an eye (old habits that is).

B-one egg scrambled in water and half a slice of toast
S-String cheese/1
L-1oz pork loin, 1/4 cup green beans, 1tbsp White rice
S-n/a
D- probably 2 chicken nuggets and a 1/4 cup cottage cheese.
S- maybe another string cheese?
I think I am eating more than I am supposed to at a month and a half out but I get hungry so I try and fill it with protein!
64oz fluid of some kind Crystal light and G2 gatoraide.

S: EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control shake, dark chocolate

D: 1 Scrambled egg

Water: around 50oz water, I know... thats bad. It'll be better tomorrow, promise.
Vits: multi, and b12.. missing a few, better tomorrow.
Exercise: knees are still torn up from falling last week. Maybe by the end of the week I'll be able to run again.

I finally got to a place where I am getting my goal of 800 calories a day and 100 grams of protein
b: 1 cup ff milk and scoop of protein- 32 gm protein
l: 3oz turkey and parmasan cheese=30 grams protein
d: Sam's choice stuffed chicken breast= 37 grams of protein
If I feel a little snackish I will get a handfull of sunflower seeds for crunch.
