B: protein shake (Nectar)
S: light string cheese
L: 3 chips with guacamole; more cheese
S: pistachios
D: going to a wedding... will chose protein

water: half done
vitamins: yes
exercise: cleaned the house.  walk the dogs.

B: water with crystal lite
L: maybe 1oz of applesauce so I could take my potassium
S: 1/2 of a banana blended with 1oz milk
D: 3.5oz of yogurt

water: 2/3 of the way done
vitamins: check
exercise: cleaning the house in spirts..I have no energy. I need more protein so I am going to try and make some protein popsicles this afternoon and hope that helps.

My wife is with her brunch buddies so I am batching it. Just 2 oz of beef jerky for me.

I'm still on softs and advancing, so I'm going to try some new things tonight when I go to watch the UFC fights.

S:  Premier Protein Shake
B:  3.5 oz Chicken Salad with Avocado and a bit of Cheddar Cheese
L:  Not Sure -- Cottage Cheese or Refried Beans with 1 oz. of Fresh Fruit
D:  2 Turkey Meatballs with 1 T Gravy
S:  3 oz Shrimp with ****tail Sauce

So far so good with everything I've tried so far.  I don't finish most of the things I measure out and am getting to know my sleeve better and get a distinct "done" feeling when I'm eating.

D: probably more of the steak and veggies

Water: gotta get started on that...it's been a crazy day

Exercise: will be doing 35 minutes on the elliptical shortly
