Did you use that indoor grill that you've mentioned a few times? (I forget exactly what it is)

Hi,

Yes, I use the Zojirushi EB-CC15 Electric Grill all the time !!!!

I bought a few others to test..... The Zoji rules for many reasons.... The two main reasons are clean-up (I don't clean it every time....just wipe it down) wa**** about every five uses.
It has slots in the grill for fat and debris to drop down to a foil covered drip pan.....oh and a third reason.....it gets HOT.... not super hot.....but hot enough to sear.....lots of table top models can't do that...

Super simple..... a little real full fat mayo....litlle salt and pepper.

Perfect backgroud texture and blandness for the shrimp and beef flavors to be featured and enjoyed.

For some it could be......

I try and make 1oz protien portions when I can. Each skewer her is about 1oz. (by weight after cooking)

I ate 2 skewers and about half the cole slaw. It was a perfect under eat.
