Today's bits!
This almond milk has only 3 carbs per glass!...It's ok in coffee..Better in a protein shake..
It was..
1/2 c greek yogurt
1/2 c almond milk....I'll use 1 c next time..
1T. PB2
1/2 banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
It was kinda thick, will stay with me for hours. It was really good.
