Physical/ history and Anestesiologist appt before surgery

I am not sure what to expect. They told me to just bring my list of medications.  Can you tell me what they are going to do?  I am assuming weight, blood pressure, maybe an updated EKG? 

After that appt. I will meet with the Anesthesiologist... What happens there?

I am trying to learn as much as I can about what to expect. And I want to make sure that some problem won't delay the surgery. Any help would be appreciated.

I went for a PAT (Pre-Admission Testing) about a week before surgery. I brought a list of meds and they had some recent blood work results so they didn't bother to take more. I had had a recent stress test so I don't think I got an EKG. Please, please be sure they add all your meds into the computer. My nurse missed one - my birth control pills - and I kept taking them after surgery. That caused lots of problems. I didn't talk to the anesthesiologist that day. I talked to him the morning of surgery though.
