This Topic is to tell what you don't have to do anymore because you lost weight.

I don't have to use the handicap toilet because I couldn't fit In a normal toilet.
when I go out to eat I don't have to set at a table because I don't fit in a booth
I don't have to sleep sitting up any more because I couldn't breath when I layed on my back.
I don't have to ask for a seat belt extenders whenI fly or get to the airport before anyone else so I can try to get a seat with noone next to me so I didn't make any one unconfortable sitting by a fat man or pay for two seats.
I don't have to worry about fitting into arm chairs any more.
I could go on but Please keep it going I want to know what has become easyer now that you lost  some weight.

Since I lost weight I:
*Don't have to shop the limited selection of plus size clothes
*Don't have to take meds for high blood pressure
*Don't have to buy slip on shoes because I can now reach down and tie them.
*Don't have to sit on the bench at the park when I'm with the grandkids...I can run around and play with them!

There are more, but that's all I can come up with at 5 am.

Great post Vinniemac!

*Don't have to lean on a shopping cart when I go to Target or the market out of back discomfort.
*Don't have to shop in plus sized stores all the time. I am in between plus sizes and normal sizes, so I buy a little from each.
* Don't have 3 week long periods anymore. Yeah, I know, TMI. But it is a huge quality of life issue.
*I can walk around Disneyland without having to sit and rest all the time.
* I can fit in a booth now, and not just tables.
*I don't have to take the elevator at school, unless I want to for whatever reason. Usually it's the stairs unless my knee hurts (injury) or I didn't sleep well the night before.
I am sure there are more that I am forgetting, though.

I don't have to catch my breathe after walking up one flight of steps.
I can run across campus to catch up with a colleague without feeling as if I have to pass out.
I can wear high hills all day with very little discomfort.
I don't have to go home a put my feet up because my ankles are swollen and in pain after standing all day on concrete.
I can put my students desk closer together and not have to walk sideways in between them.
My hips no longer catch on every corner!

I don't worry that my work chair will come with me when I stand up
I don't worry about breaking lawn furniture if I sit in it
I don't shop in plus size stores

I don't feel like everyone is staring at me all the time - I feel like I blend in
