Any chance that you are on a statin drug to treat high cholesterol?  They can cause leg and muscle cramps if you don't tolerate them well.

I had the exact same symptoms. I am starting to adjust to the cold and don't quite suffer as much as I did the first year. We were in Hawaii last month and every time we walked into air conditioning I FROZE! Had to take a sweater everywhere. I am on Potassium for the leg cramps and that has helped. I don't get them nearly as much but still get them once in a while.

Thanks for replying.  Is your potassium an Rx or OTC?

Girl, I've spent the last 5 months freeze my arse off. Even at 100 this Summer, I've been cold most nights. I feel ya.

Leg cramps... I just have soreness from working out so hard, no cramps. Hang in there... get your levels checked if you haven't.
