So what's everybody eating today?

I'm doing well today.  I made good choices yesterday, but still ate too many mushy things that pushes my calories over my calorie goal.  Today is better.  Dense protein is my friend!

B: 2 oz grilled chicken, 1/2T medium buffalo sauce
S: 20 dry roasted peanuts
L: sloppy joe ground beef (2oz) with 1/2 bun
S: greek yogurt
D: more sloppy joe ground beef

water: half done
vitamins: yes
exercise: none, not feeling well today

For breakfast I had left over fajita meat and vegetables.  Probably about 3-4 ounces.
For lunch chicken mcnuggets (5 of them, learned there are about 47-50 calories per mcnugget)
For supper I am experimenting with making a beef chimichanga using wonton wraps and also trying eggroll wraps and frying on the bottom side only, then in the oven for a few minutes to firm up.  Excited to see if this is a thumbs up or a thumbs down idea and I will share how they turn out.

I have not had much protein today so will probably throw in a protein shake before bed time.

 While celebrating an awesome PACKER DAY 10-0!!! This cheesehead is eating:

B: 2 oz mashed chicken salad
S: 2 oz. greek yogurt w/berries
L: 1 oz of mashed meatloaf
S: EAS chocolate protein drink 
D: 4 oz chicken noodle soup + chicken flavored protein
S: EAS choc protein drink

Crystal lite water 24 oz for day

Feeling really full today for some reason.  blah.

L: 1 oz. cheese slices, 5 mini baguette crisps with hummus

Leftover turkey...starting early. We had an adoptions support group Thanksgiving Dinner (adopted my sweet daughter from foster care) and knowing my protein thing the leftovers they sent home with me were a bag of turkey meat. So, my ever so exciting day:

B: Chocolate shake - 210 cal, 39 grams protein
S: 1.25 oz turkey (having a tiny tummy day)
L:  Chocolate shake 210 cal, 39 grams protein and 7 drops of peppermint extract (yum)
D: 1.25 oz turkey (tried for 1.5...didn't finish)

S: to come, but planning 1 T of Power Pb high protein peanut butter

Water: 72 oz, a little low but it'll do
Vitamins: routine

Exercise: finally back into it. I had irritiated my right hip Monday, which is a chronic problem from my 300 lb+ days, and had been taking it easy for almost a week. Walked on the treadmill intervals 30 min @ 3.5 mph, then did the Nu-step for another 30 min.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

S:  1oz mozzerella,
D:  1oz tuna salad
S:  1 premier protien shake (maybe just 1/2)

Vitamins: doing them now

L:  6 beanito chips with some chili on top and cheese/sour cream
S:  piece of low carb apple walnut cake
D: one slice of weigh****chers multigrain bread *which allow myself once a week* with 2 slices turkey bacon and sliced cheese, with some curry chicken on the side
S: not sure yet maybe some of the apple walnut cake again or some low carb crackers with low fat cheese

water: 9.5 cups
vitamins: yes
exercise: sadly none today woke up with the worst sinus headache ever

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.
