I am a photographer, and for years I've used that as an excuse not to be in any pictures. (Someone's got to be behind the camera, right?) Now I'm finding excuses to be included in the pictures too! Today I was at a toy run (event where bikers hold a parade to donate toys to needy kids) and actually asked my boyfriend to take a picture of me with my bike. I never would've done that before.

It's better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you're not.
